Who are we?
GenX Detectors LLC specializes in applications of photon detection. Our core belief is that we can use novel materials in a structured hybrid fashion developed in a synergistic way to provide both energy harvesting devices and photodetectors that offer unique and competitively advantageous results. Our goal is to make devices less expensive, easy to produce, high efficiency, and greater durability over current technologies. All of this is predicated on recent developments in material science that, when used in a novel combination, can be scaled up and provide advancements in the photon utilization.
A novel hetero-structure device containing an interdigitated contact pattern for optimum signal collection. The hetero-structure is composed of two or more thin films to converts infrared radiation and amplify the generated signal.
